Brittany Robinson is a Southern Illinois University graduate. Her interest in access to justice and working against the disparities of the criminal justice system come from first and second-hand experiences that date back to childhood. From a young age, Ms. Robinson knew she desired to be a lawyer, so she started her college career as a pre-law student and worked in the public interest sector throughout college and law school. After law school, Ms. Robinson practiced criminal defense in Kane and DuPage county. Today, Ms. Robinson represents young people at the Juvenile Intervention Support Center (JISC) and provides them with LCLC’s social and legal services.
